Payment: Rescheduling/Cancellation: There will be a $50 fee if a job needs to be cancelled or rescheduled on the same day as it is schedule to occur.

Copyright Notice: Pitch Digital photographers are the copyright holder of images produced by Pitch Digital. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details. Ph 0419 351 162

Photo Rights and Usage: The originating agent/agency paid for this service and has permission to use the images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of the property specified in their booking & invoice. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale in the first instance and cannot be reused without specific written permission.

Images cannot be sold or gifted to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing, as the purchasing agent does not own the photographs, but has the right to use them during the specific term the property is for sale in the first instance. The purchasing agent may reuse photos if the property is temporarily removed from the market.

Images can be used by the property owner for personal purposes. Commercial purposes require written permission.
